About the project:
Drawing in TouchDesigner is an innovative project that blends technology and creativity to provide a unique drawing experience using natural hand gestures. Utilizing the capabilities of TouchDesigner, the system interprets hand movements to create real-time, dynamic drawings on the screen. Users can draw with an open hand, where the open hand acts as a virtual brush, allowing for freeform drawing in mid-air. By pinching their thumb and index finger together, users can change the saturation of the colors they are using, adding depth and vibrancy to their artwork. Additionally, making a fist enables users to erase parts of their drawing, allowing for easy corrections and refinements. This project leverages advanced computer vision and real-time graphics to transform simple gestures into creative expressions.

My Role:
In this project, I developed the gesture recognition algorithms and designed the interactive interface, ensuring accurate detection of gestures and real-time visual feedback. I also implemented the logic for color adjustment and erasing, optimizing performance for a seamless user experience.
