About the project:
Expo 2020 Dubai, a World Expo hosted by the United Arab Emirates, was held from October 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2022. Originally scheduled for October 20th, 2020 to April 10th, 2021, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This extraordinary event offered a new home for inspiration, where people had 182 days to collaborate, innovate, and witness humanity's incredible achievements.
Visitors were invited to wander through the stunning architecture of pavilions, which showcased groundbreaking technological advances and immersive experiences. I had the privilege of working for the Indian Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, where I served as a creative technologist for four interactive installations.

As a creative technologist, my role was to design and code the programs of the interactive installations, ensuring that each installation operated flawlessly and created a memorable experience for visitors. I take great pride in contributing my technical expertise to this once-in-a-lifetime event, and I look forward to participating in future endeavors that bring together creativity, technology, and innovation.

1: Augmented Reality Experience for "Incredible India"
We crafted and installed miniature replicas of iconic monuments on the ground floor of the Indian Pavilion, creating an immersive augmented reality (AR) experience. Visitors can simply scan a QR code and use their smartphones or ipad placed near the monuments to bring these monuments to life, allowing them to witness live elements and immerse themselves in the breathtaking beauty of "Incredible India." This installation features a total of seven monuments and includes captivating graphics on the walls. It represents an innovative fusion of physical and digital elements, delivering a comprehensive and enchanting encounter with the wonders of India.
2: Interactive Astronomy Exhibit
Our exhibit delves into the rich history of Indian astronomy, an integral part of the Indian subcontinent's scientific heritage. We presented information about renowned Indian astronomers through an engaging touch screen kiosk. This interactive display allows visitors to explore the fascinating world of astronomy with ease. Featuring multiple tabs and a user-friendly interface, it provides an immersive experience, inviting visitors to interact and learn about the captivating realm of astronomy and the illustrious astronomers who have contributed to its legacy.

Using your smartphone's camera, simply scan the QR code displayed on the screen. This will unveil a captivating journey through India's renowned states and their unique cultures, allowing you to virtually don cultural attire and explore iconic monuments. Capture memorable pictures in traditional Indian garb and share them on social media or save them to your phone. This installation offers a deeply enriching and interactive encounter with the cultural treasures of India, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in its diversity.
